The candidate search process
1. To begin the search simply contact our office on the phone or by e-mail or
fill in our online client application form.
2. One of our agents will contact you and then come to see you in order to discuss
all your needs and requirements and our search for candidates will begin.
3. Candidates will be presented for your consideration. We will only send you
CV's of candidates who meet your requirements. You may interview as many candidates
as you wish.
4. Once you have selected the ideal candidate you can schedule a 1 day paid working
trial for the candidate. If an employment offer is extended and accepted, the
candidate becomes your employee.
Fees and Guarantees
1. We do not charge any registration fee.
2. There are no fees for our service until you have accepted one of our candidates
and a start date is confirmed.
3. Our service guarantee comes with a refund policy for those occasions when
a placement does not work out as expected (for details please refer to our terms
and conditions). |
